What foods are good for losing weight?
What do you need to do?
Eat more vegetables, Nuts, and Fruits, Eat Organic Oats, drink at least 8 glass of water every day. Eat in little quantities at once, have many little meals at some intervals of 3 hours.
I have lost 10 Kg. weight in just 5 months without doing harsh dieting or heavy workouts. I have achieved it by a change in my food ingredients, and daily routines gave me this wonderful result.
I have to count how much calories I need every day, I need 2000 to 2200 calories per day as per my work and lifestyle, I am doing most of the work with the computer at least 8 to 12 hours daily.
I have not eaten any processed, canned food, carbonated beverages, and Junk food. I have made my own diet schedule and chart. ( I am not addicted to any bad habits of eating drinking junk and harmful foods and drinks)
My Diet –
I have included 10% nuts (7 kinds of nuts I have eaten approx 60 grams.) every day, 20% fruits, 30% green, leafy vegetables, legume, and sprouts, 30% Organic Oats, brown rice, Ragi and other millets, and fermented foods, remaining 10% included Organic Green Tea 2 times, 2 glass of Honey and Lemon and Organic Ceylon Cinnamon at morning with warm water empty stomach and Purified water as and when needed at least 6 to 8 glass.
Used Organic Olive oil for cooking, didn’t eat fried foods, snacks at home and at any restaurants, if needed I ate fermented foods like Idli and Dosa.
Along with this diet, I have walked barefoot on grass for 15 to 20 minutes, totally walked 60 to 90 minutes daily.
Take care of these things
In this period, I have not eaten any junk food, oily and spicy foods, no smoking, alcohol or late nite parties. It was a tremendously wonderful experience, I have made juices of carrot, cucumber, cilantro, lemon, I have consumed pineapples, apples, Mangoes, oranges, and all the seasonal fruits available in the market.
I have eaten Cashew, Macadamia nuts, Brazil nuts, Pistachio, Dates, Walnut, Pecan, Pine nuts, apricots. I drank coconut water, consumed sunflower seeds, flax seeds, pumpkin seeds in my daily diet. I did enough physical exertion along with this in form of walking and running.
I have not stored any junk food in my refrigerator and in my kitchen cupboards. Eaten 3 to 4 little meals, do not eat a lot at once, eat in chunks.
Must take breakfast in the morning, take lunch till 1.30 PM and do not eat dinner after 8.30PM at night.
When I feel hungry or need to eat something I ate sprouts, nuts, and fruits, no junk or fried, oily sugar-filled beverages or snacks.
A big no to processed and canned foods cut the dairy, you can consume curd and buttermilk, no milk, or cream and ice cream.
